Before we are clinicians, we are humans who believe in the power of being heard.
Why I do this work
Before becoming a psychologist, I kept noticing the same pattern in people’s lives.
Most were not unable to cope.
They were coping alone.
They were functioning in daily life, but carrying thoughts they never spoke aloud. Since silence
made those thoughts heavier.
I chose this work to create a place where nothing important has to stay unspoken.
I see reactions that made sense at some point, but stayed longer than they needed to.
Anxiety often began as protection.
Withdrawal often began as self-defense.
Overthinking often began as problem-solving.
Instead of removing these reactions quickly, we first understand why your mind created them.
When understood, change becomes natural, not forced.
What it feels like to be in a session
Many people worry about what therapy will be like.
You will not be analyzed in silence.
You will not be told what to do with your life.
And you do not need to prepare anything before coming.
We start from wherever your mind currently is — confused, clear, emotional, or blank.
Some sessions involve exploring deeper patterns.
Some focus only on getting through the present week.
The pace follows your capacity, not a fixed method.
My role is not only to listen.
I help you notice patterns you may be too close to see,
ask questions that organize scattered thoughts,
and introduce tools only when they fit your situation.
The goal is clarity — so decisions begin to feel less heavy.
